How It Works


Step 1: Get an account. Contact ZoloSports to set up an account. You can call us at 1-888-RUN-ZOLO or click here to sign up online. Once we verify your team or league status, we will issue your username and password.

Step 2: Create a team. Log in to the online system, create a team and upload your roster (you can build a roster line by line or upload the information from a spreadsheet). Your team is now set up, and you can begin interacting with the system, including the mobile interactive communication tools.

Step 3: Upload your schedule. You have the option of managing your team’s schedule through the ZoloSport’s Interactive Visual Calendar. Simply enter events one at a time or upload a spreadsheet with all of your calendar information.

Step 4: Manage your team. Coaches can log into the online system or call the Toll-Free Event Hotline to create and send messages, adapt the team schedule or change information. Our proactive notification system automatically alerts your team of schedule changes, new information or when they have a new message from the coach. Coaches can also make roster changes, update contact information and manage other team information, all with a few easy steps.

Players and parents can also call the Toll-Free Event Hotline to hear messages from coach, access event information and have event information texted to their phones. They have access to their team’s Interactive Visual Calendar, which has event specifics, weather information, messages from the coach and other details.

Step 5: Communicate with your team. Through the Message Center, Automated Voice Messenger and proactive notification functions of the Interactive Visual Calendar, coaches have several options for communicating with players and parents. The Message Center allows instant messaging between the coach and players. The Automated Voice Messenger works with the Toll-Free Event Hotline and Interactive Visual Calendar to communicate audio messages from the coach. After the coach records a message, the system can automatically sends text notifications and e-mails with audio file attachments to everyone on the roster. With ZoloSports, the lines of communication are always open.
